Refund for Course purchases

Please visit our YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/SoloClassroom to check the class levels and read the course description portion of each course to confirm the information contained therein. All courses listed on SoloClassroom are non-refundable. Please send an email to support@soloclassroom.com if you unintentionally bought the wrong course or one from a different category. You can buy the necessary course with the course fee.

Refund for purchase of wrong courses

We will process your email regarding the incorrect item you purchased and the correct item you need to buy within 7 working days of receiving it. Please provide your phone number so we can resolve issues quickly. Once the required course has been assigned, we will notify you through mail.

Cancellation Policy

Before buying the course or products, please double-check the course description page. After the purchase, there won’t be any cancellation options accessible. However, if you accidentally bought the item, send us an email at support@soloclassroom.com so we can assign you to the course you needed. Only seven days after the date of purchase is this option available.

Failed Transaction
